3 Healthy No-Cook Tortilla Wraps

Healthy Tortilla Wraps
A Note on This Recipe

Creating a truly delicious wrap starts with choosing the right combination of fresh, flavorful ingredients. It’s all about balancing textures and flavors so each bite is satisfying without being overwhelming.

These three wraps are made with carefully selected ingredients that work together to create vibrant tastes and textures. Avoid overloading with sauces or spices—instead, embrace the pure, authentic flavors by drizzling a little olive oil and finishing with a touch of salt and pepper.

Mediterranean Tortilla Wrap

Tortilla filled with salami, cucumber, tomato, red onion, feta, and avocado.
Mediterranean Salad Wrap

Prepare the Ingredients
Cut the cucumber, tomato, and red onion into thin slices. If the salami slices are large, cut them into bite-size pieces.

Assemble the Wrap
Lay a tortilla on a work surface. Halve the avocado and roughly chop the flesh inside the skin. Scoop it onto the tortilla and gently mash/spread with a fork. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Layer the ingredients in this order: salami, cucumber, tomato, and red onion. Finish with a sprinkle of feta cheese and a drizzle of olive oil. Roll up burrito-style and cut in half to serve.

Cream Cheese Tortilla Wrap

Tortilla with cream cheese, avocado, apple, arugula, walnuts, and honey.
Cream Cheese Salad Wrap

Prepare the Ingredients
Cut the apple and avocado into thin slices. Toast the chopped walnuts in a dry pan until fragrant.

Assemble the Wrap
Lay a tortilla on a work surface. Spread a thick layer of cream cheese, leaving about an inch around the edges. Sprinkle the toasted walnuts over the cream cheese. Arrange the avocado and apple slices in the center. Season lightly with salt and pepper and drizzle with honey. Top with arugula, roll up burrito-style, and cut in half to serve.

Hummus Tortilla Wrap

Tortilla layered with hummus, avocado, roasted red pepper, and cucumber.
Hummus Salad Wrap

Prepare the Ingredients
Cut the cucumber and avocado into thin slices and slice the roasted red pepper into strips.

Assemble the Wrap
Lay a tortilla on a work surface and spread a thick layer of hummus in the center, leaving the edges clear. Arrange the avocado, roasted red pepper, and cucumber over the hummus. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Roll up burrito-style and cut in half to serve.

Notes

Don’t overfill the wrap or it will be difficult to roll and hold together. The key to these wraps is restraint — a light drizzle of olive oil and a touch of salt and pepper is all you need to bring the flavors together. Best eaten fresh.
