These egg cups are quick to make and come out fluffy, soft, and full of flavor. For the best results, use a small cup and follow the steps carefully—your perfect morning bite is just minutes away.

Mushroom & Parmesan Mug Omelet

Prepare the Mixture
Grease a small microwave-safe cup (about 5 oz) with nonstick spray or butter. Crack in the eggs and add the remaining egg base ingredients. Beat until light and smooth. Finely dice the cremini mushrooms and stir into the eggs.

Microwave
Microwave uncovered for 30 seconds, then another 30 seconds, and finally 10 seconds, or until set. Adjust cooking time based on your microwave’s wattage.

Spinach & Feta Mug Omelet

  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp bell pepper finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp shredded cheddar
