  • 4 tbsp plain cream cheese spread or whipped
  • 2-3 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp sun-dried tomato chopped
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Freshly ground black pepper
Jalapeño Tuna Cream Cheese
  • 4 tbsp plain cream cheese spread or whipped
  • 2 tbsp canned tuna flaked
  • 1-2 tbsp pickled jalapeños adjust to your spice level preference
  • ½ tsp whole grain dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp onion powder
Honey Wasabi Cream Cheese
  • 4 tbsp plain cream cheese spread or whipped
  • ½ tsp honey
  • ¼ tsp wasabi paste
  • Everything bagel seasoning or furikake

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients. (Tomato basil: finely chop the basil leaves and sun-dried tomatoes. Jalapeño tuna: finely chop the pickled jalapeños and drain the tuna.)
  2. Add all ingredients for your chosen variation to a bowl. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  3. Spread generously onto a toasted bagel, toast, or crackers and serve.
