In a small jar, stir together the applesauce, caramel sauce, cinnamon powder, and salt. Add the rolled oats and milk to the mixture. Stir until combined and cover with a lid. Refrigerate overnight or for at least several hours.
Before serving, stir again and top with apple pieces and chopped nuts.
