3-Ingredient Flavored Cream Cheese 3 Ways

Three 3-ingredient cream cheese spreads that come together in minutes. Choose from cinnamon sugar, mixed berry, or garlic onion — all you need is a bowl and a spoon.
Yield: 1 Serving (per variation)
Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

Cinnamon Sugar Cream Cheese
  • 3 tbsp plain cream cheese
  • tsp brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
Mixed Berry Cream Cheese
  • 3 tbsp plain cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp frozen mixed berries
  • tsp honey
Garlic Onion Cream Cheese
  • 3 tbsp plain cream cheese
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • A pinch of garlic powder

Instructions

Cinnamon Sugar
  • Add the cream cheese, cinnamon, and brown sugar to a small bowl and mix until smooth and well blended. Spread on a toasted bagel or toast.
Mixed Berry
  • Thaw the frozen berries and roughly mash with a fork. Add only the chunky fruit solids (not the liquid) to the cream cheese along with the honey, and mix until smooth and well blended. Spread on a toasted bagel or toast.
Garlic Onion
  • Add the cream cheese, onion powder, and garlic powder to a small bowl and mix until smooth and well blended. Spread on a toasted bagel or toast.

Notes

These spreads keep well in the fridge in an airtight container — up to 5 days for the cinnamon sugar and garlic onion versions, and up to 2–3 days for the mixed berry. For the berry version, avoid adding too much of the berry liquid or the spread will become too loose.
